- LSJ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure 1. Weblogic server standard edition processor - P/n: K58993 - (4) each. 2. Support for Weblogic above (4) each 3. Sybase ASE Enterprise - P/N: 13839 (1) each. 4. Support for Sybase ASE Enterprise above (1) each 5. Orbix Standard 6.3 - P/N: 9906-19140 (1) each. 6. Orbix Support for above (1) each. The evaluation factor will be lowest price, technically acceptable. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Offers will be accepted via e-mail only prior to 3:30 p.m. EST 21 Sep 2011.
