- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, (MICC) at Fort Polk, Louisiana will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 100% Small Business Set-Aside with intent to award a firm-fixed price contract for a HAZMAT Truck Apparatus Refurbish. The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform all required work in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor shall deliver a loaner apparatus, greater than or equal to the one being refurbished, to the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES), Fire Department, Fort Polk, LA when they pick up the apparatus needing to be refurbished. The start of the refurbish shall be NLT 30 September 2011 and completed on/about 6 January 2012. The applicable NAICS code is 811118. Solicitation will be issued on or about 19 September 2011 with offer due date on or about 23 September 2011. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted and available for view and download at: http://www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc in addition to ASFI as no paper copies will be issued. Email quotes are acceptable. Faxes are not authorized. Interested parties should review their Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code), MUST be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) and Online Certification and Representation Application (ORCA) to be considered for award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. FAR Part 12 & 13 procedures will be used for this procurement. POC for this action is Kyle L.
