- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Anticipated award date is 20 September 2011. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number N6847011RQ0P003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38 dated 19 March 2010. (iv) NAICS Code for this requirement is 333314. (v) The U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan intends to procure COLOR IMAGING SYSTEM. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. (vi) Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration, FAR 52.204-7 [Note: Lack of registration in the Central Contractor Registration will make a Contractor ineligible for award] Registration is available via the Internet at www.ccr.gov.
