Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The AFNWC/PKOA Kirtland AB, NM intends to award a sole source purchase order for the Air Force Safety Center (AFSC) Mishap Analysis & Animation Facility (MAAF), the central Air Force activity responsible for investigating and reporting aircraft mishaps, to CAE Flightscape, Inc., 1145 Innovation Dr, Ottawa, ON, K2K 3G8, Canada, for the purchase of software animation templates for the Insight Software Suite, which is manufactured by and the proprietary data rights and design details of which are owned by CAE Flightscape, Inc. Anticipated date of this award is 29 September 2011. The NAICS Code is 541511 and the size standard is $25M. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within four (4) days of this announcement.
