- Combined synopsis/solicitation with statement of work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1H3DC1207A001_Overhead_Door_Motors, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside IAW FAR Part 6 and Subpart 19.5. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 811310. The small business size standard for this procurement is $7.0 Million. The Standard Industry Code is 7699. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: 0001- FURNISH AND INSTALL TWENTY-FOUR (24) RSX-RS OR EQUAL OVERHEAD DOOR MOTORS IN BUILDINGS IDENTIFIED IN ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. 0002- FURNISH AND INSTALL THREE (3) RHX OR EQUAL OVERHEAD DOOR MOTORS IN BUILDING IDENTIFIED IN ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. 0003- FURNISH AND INSTALL SEVEN (7) OPAKE.S. OR EQUAL COMMERCIAL PHOTO EYE KITS IN BUILDINGS IDENTIFIED IN ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. Items shall be installed/work complete within 30 Days ADC/ARO. FOB: Destination for delivery to 9 SDS/SDVM at 6395 B Street, Building 2496, Beale AFB, CA 95903. The following Federal Acqusition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items (Quotes will be evaluated for the lowest price technically acceptable); FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items (the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their offer); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
