Description
This is a large purchase buy for NSN 6110-20-004-0751; PR number 0042224244; Panel, Control Electrical; Purchased I/A/W Pivotal Power Inc (38370) P/N 625-01B or 625-01B-ICD; Deliver 45 EA to New Cumberland, PA ; 180 days ADO; Various Increments Solicited: 30-40; 41-5; 51-60; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination; FOB Destination; This solicitation will be available 15 days after this notice is published in Fedbizops; Specifications/plans or drawings are not available; This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data, therefore the government intends to solicit and contract only with approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1)-approved source is cited above; This is an unrestricted acquisition. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. While price may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
