Description
SF-1449 pdf Combined synopsis/solicitation SCOPE OF WORK 1. SCOPE The contractor shall supply and deliver a skid loader with a snow blower attachment to Lock 5A storage yard in Fountain City, WI. 2. SPECIFICATIONS The Skid loader shall be Bobcat S160 or equal by meeting or exceeding the following requirements: 61 hp interim Tier IV Diesel Engine 1600 lbs operating capacity (SAE) Liquid Engine Cooled Auxiliary Hydraulics: Variable Flow Backup alarm Lights, Front, Rear, and dome Operator Cab shall include electrical power port, rear windows, parking brake, seat bar and belt Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) and Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) Engine/Hydraulic Systems Shutdown Glow Plugs Horn Instrumentation: Hour meter, Engine Temperature and Fuel Gages, Warning Lights Lift Arm Support Lift Path: Radius Warranty: 12 months, unlimited hours The Skid loader shall include option Bobcat H51 or equal meeting the following requirements: Cab Enclosure with Heat Suspension Seat Cab Accessory Harness The Skid loader shall include the following options: 10 PR Heavy Duty Tires Offset Attachment control Kit - 7 pin Snowblower - 72 in. width, hydraulically controlled, 18 in. auger diameter, upto 40 ft throw distance 6.2 Hyd Motor Package 68" low profile bucket 3. TRADE-IN The bid price shall include a trade-in value for a Bobcat 742 Loader with the bucket. The Point of Contact for inspecting the Bobcat is Mark Beseler, 507-452-2789. 4. DELIVERY DUE DATE The skid loader and attachments shall be delivered on or before 1 December 2011. 5. SHIPMENT The bid price shall include the cost of transporting and unloading to the destination site. Shipment shall be prepaid and made at the Contractor's expense. Delivery shall be between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday, except on Government holidays. Any delivery arriving after 3:00 P.M. will not be accepted by Government personnel until the next work period as designated above.
