- Description
- List your daily rate and expected rate increase over the five year period. Enter a daily rate of pay expected for the unit and then calculate your annual salary based on your daily rate. I realize this is difficult as you don't know how many days per year you may work. Although I know it won't be 365 days but that is the accurate calculation for a year. Make sure you have your vendor contact information on page #1. I would place the same information from page four on page one as well. Not interested in businesses only qualified individual bidders. How many different groups of canines need to be transported to training areas per day - rarely to training sites – only if training staff are unable to transport but no more than 1 – 2 groups to exercise pens per day a. How many dogs in each group - no more than 10 b. What is the average distance (round trip) to a training area -15 miles - Transportation provided by ATF. c. How many hours (on average) does each group of dogs remain in the training area -N/A Training staff care for the canines at the sites. e. Are the canine handlers transported to the area by a different mode of transportation or must they travel with their respective group of dogs? Trainers transport students – the only possibility of a Kennel Contractor transporting a student would be if a trainer was unavailable (this rarely happens). 1a. Is training conducted FIVE days per week (Mon – Fri.)? Yes or No 7 days per week by the ATF Trainers 1b. Is there ever any training on Sat. or Sunday and if so do the instructors take care of all handler and canine transport – or do the animal caretakers get involved? Training is 7 days per week – Trainers provide training of canines and student / Kennel contractors clean and exercise warehoused canines 7 days per week) 1c. If animal caretakers are needed for canine transport on the weekend – how many hours advanced notice does the contractor have to plan for this requirement? This question is not applicable if the answer to 1b is NO! Kennel contractors will be given a schedule each month with their required hours to work. 2. Is there any requirement for the animal caretakers to pick up or deliver dogs to the airport for shipping purposes Yes or No ___No_____? 3. How many canine VET appointments are scheduled on average – per day ___<1_____? 4. Are there any grooming, exercising, or VET appointments on Sat and Sun?
