Description

Sole Source Justification The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Eastern Regional Research Center (ERRC), Office of Center Director (OCD), intends to negotiate solely with DelVal Equipment, in West Norriton, PA, to purchase a Cleaver Brooks Hawk ICS Control System/L35E ICS Package w/parallel positioning and O2 trim. This upgrade includes: Process steam, fuel-gas and No. 2 Oil; Burner Management -CB-780. This equipment will be used to provide automated controls to run boiler. Companies with the demonstrated capabilities of providing this instrument must submit a descriptive statement, including descriptive literature, specifically addressing the equipment's components and availability. The NAICS is 238220. The statement and literature must be submitted to the Contracting Office Address within 5 days of publication of this notice (September 26, 2011). This is not a request for proposal. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
