- FBO MODIFICATION 0001 INFO This FBO Modification/Amendment 0001 to the Solicitation SP4703-11-Q-0169 is for the purpose to show the clarifications that have surfaced with a reply under each as follows: •1) In Paragraph 1.2 of the PWS, there are quantities of 121 pieces of equipment listed. In the Attachment 1, there are only a total of 100 pieces of equipment listed/shown (24 pieces @ Warner Robins and 76 pieces @ Tinker. Which quantities are correct, the 100 pieces or the 121 pieces of equipment-please clarify. The equipment that you need to base your offer on-is per the ACTUAL EQUIPMENT LISTS attached to the solicitation which are the resulting scrubbed lists at both locations, Warner Robins (24 pieces) and Tinker (76 pieces) for the ACTUAL 100 pieces of equipment. So, please disregard those quantities listed in Paragraph 1.2 and go with the ACTUALS on each spreadsheet for each location. With that said, please substitute that original PWS Page 2, (involving said Paragraph 1.2) with the PWS Page 2 attached to this solicitation amendment, FBO modification. •2) For this RFQ, does the price we submit cover remedial maintenance and parts, or will additional monies be approved and added later when remedial maintenance and parts are needed? For this RFQ, the service being provided will include preventative and remedial maintenance (to include Government approved repair action), in accordance with industry standard practices, manufacturer's specification, manufacturer's operations and maintenance manuals and as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). ----------------------------------------------- (See Attachment # 1 herein to this notice for the PWS new replacement Page 2.) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
