- SOLICITATION SECHQ1-11-Q-0217 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) SECHQ1-11-Q-0217 is assigned to this requirement and is issued as a RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. This is a “restricted” Total Small Business acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333412 and the business size standard is $23.0M.
