- In preparation for a BPA opportunity, the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs) 21 and 22 are seeking sources holding GSA contracts for Historical Preservation Services to assist on National Historic Preservation Act compliance at various VHA locations throughout the two networks locations in California, Nevada, Hawaii and Guam. Work shall include guidance with: providing draft and final consultation materials, advice on working with SHPO, ACHP and other appropriate parties, identification of historic properties, identification of all relevant interested contractor parties to each undertaking and task order, development of resolution agreements and implementing stipulations. Only contractors holding GSA Federal Contracts should send their email response to Pam Mondrey at pam.mondrey@va.gov no later than October 7, 2011.
