- Other Than Full and Open Competition- No brand substitutions will be accepted. Attachment A--- Listing of Products This is the solicitation. No other notice will be given. Quotes are due Friday, September 23, 2011 at 2:00pm ET. This is a combined synopis/solicitation for USDA, NITC Mobile Infrastructure System. Quotes are being solicitated from vendors that can provide all of the products listed on Attachment A, USDA Solicitation No. AG-3142-S-11-0062. Incomplete quotes will not be considered. Offerors must bid on all line items in order to be considered for award. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The resulting award will be firm fixed priced. Quotes are due no later than Friday, September 23, 2011 at 2:00pm ET to MonicaL.Taylor@dm.usda.gov. Offeror must submit signed SF1449 along with the quote. Please include your estimated ship date with the quote. Items must be shipped within 30 days after award.
