- FA8751-11-Q-0643 Sole Source J&A The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Cascade Microtech/Beacon Technical Sales, 2430 NW 206th Ave Beaverton OR 97006-6461 for an opto-electronic probe station and associated equipment. Any interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Please note that this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
