- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be posted. Proposals are being requested and a written performance work statement (PWS) is attached to this notice. The solicitation number is W9124J-11-T-0022. Please visit www.fedbizopps.gov and register to automatically receive procurement notification from EPS. The system will inform you, via email, when there has been activity on EPS concerning this solicitation. This acquisition is a small business set aside. NAICS Code is 721110. Small Business Size Standard is $30M. This solicitation is for a Conference Room/Training Room for five business days, transportation to and from Reagan International Airport, and a bus for a one day trip to Antietam Battlefield. The hotel must be in proximity of one walking mile of the Pentagon. Three classes will be held throughout the period of performance, one in October 2011, one in March 2012, and the third in July 2012, see the PWS for exact dates. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract to a single contractor. Award will be made to the lowest priced offer. The projected period of performance is 12 months, from 01 October 2011 to 30 September 2012.
