- Request for Proposal Unrestricted Solicitation for a Radiographic Shielded Enclosure with 225 KV Real Time- X-Ray in accordance with Purchase Description dated August 3, 2011, for Fleet Readiness Center Southwest located in San Diego, California. The award will be made as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The required delivery is 365 calendar days after contract award. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA "DIBBS" at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is September 22, 2011 and close on October 31, 2011. All interested parties may submit an offer which will be considered by this Agency.
