- Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price contract to Ibis Tek, LLC, for the acquisition of Ordnance Headlights P/N 2404-200-010, quantity 10 each; MMPV Searchlight Kits, P/N 2559-500-001, quantity 10 each; Switch Box Assembly, P/N 2559-500-003, quantity 10 each; and MMPV Switch Box Mounting Kits, P/N 2559-500-003-703, quantity 10 each. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency's needs. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-11-T-0219 will be released O/A 28 September 2011, closing date O/A 5 October 2011. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 28 September 2011.
