- The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Information Management Control Corporation for Enterprise Application Service Provider (ASP) Support for the VA Healthcare System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, FL 33744. Support includes maintenance of the software applications Oracle Database, Dynamed Application including the interface to the VA Vista IFCAP System and consultative services for the Sun Solaris Server environment. NAICS Code 541519 applies to this action. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) due to proprietary rights of the Dynamed Application. No solicitation will be issued, however, all quotations received on or before 4:00pm September 26, 2011 will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit quotations. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The anticipated award date is on or before September 30, 2011.
