- Solicitation Number: W9124D-11-T-0229 Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Synopsis: This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Ft. Knox, intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for lodging and conference support for the US Army Phoenix, AZ, Recruiting Battalion Annual Training Conference to be held in Glendale, Arizona. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded with delivery as indicated above. Anticipated award date will be NLT 15 OCT 2011. All responsible businesses may submit an offer which shall be considered. No award will be issued to a prospective vendor that has not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov).
