- The Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to EC America, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The organization's requirement is for the purchase of Adonis 800 software. The requirements are as follows: 1. A-800 HW Adonis 800 Appliance 2 ea. 2. A-800-M1Y HW MNT Adonis 800 1 year MNT 2 ea 3. BCN-TR-ADA-015E TR Adonis Admin - 2 day onsite 1 ea. training The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
