- Multiple awards were made as a result of solicitation HSTS03-11-R-CIO314. As a result of the Government's evaluation it was determined that best value would be obtained through split awards by product category. The proposal from Wildflower International has been determined to be the best value for the Laptop Product Category and the Peripheral Product Category. The scope of this contract includes the provisioning of laptops and peripherals, warranty support, asset tagging, and imaging.
