- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall supply: 600 AT&T 993 Corded 2-Line Telephones 100 2.5MM Headsets The delivery date for this requirement will be thirty(30)days from the award date. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a brand name sole source contract. This requisition requires the Brand Name Sole Source purchase of AT&T model 993 phones as no other vendors hardware would function as seamlessly into the existing Logistics Support Activity(LOGSA)infrastructure. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items. 52.212-5(Dev), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. 252.212-7001(Dev), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical capability and price. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
