The proposal must comply in all material respects with the requirements of the law, regulation and conditions set forth in this solicitation. The proposal must meet all mandatory solicitation requirements. The offeror must be determined responsible according to all Government, University and legal standards and regulations. This will be a five (5) year lease with options to renew. PROPOSALThe proposal should include all information you want the Government to consider/evaluate, regarding capability of your company to perform the required tasks. The proposal should address information such as demonstrate understanding of the requirements at hand and any additional pertinent information. The evaluating factors for the proposal will be 1) description of food products 2) rental proposal and 3) past performance record. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS The proposal must be submitted as separate attachments in an e-mail transmission. All electronic information submitted must be presented in software applications which are readable (generally, Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PDF, etc.). A MANDATORY Site Survey will be held Thursday October 13, 2011 from 9 pm to 5 pm CST at Haskell Indian Nations University. A site visit is required before any proposal will be accepted by the Government. For information on the Place of Performance and the location of the site visit please contact Mr. Michael Lewis by e-mail at michael.lewis@bie.edu to sign-up for Site Survey no later than 1:00 PM CST October 12, 2011. Request that you "courtesy copy" Mr. Ed Spivy edward.spivey@bia.gov. After the Site Visit, All vendor questions concerning this requirement must be submitted electronically no later than 1:00 pm CST, Monday October 17, 2011. Questions submitted after that time may not be answered prior to the response due date. No questions will be accepted via phone calls. Please address questions to michael.lewis@bie.gedu. Responses to all questions posed will be provided to all interested parties no later than 5:00 PM CST, Wednesday October 19, 2011. Proposals are due by 5:00 PM CST, Monday October 24, 2011.
