Description: RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm fixed priced modification to a task order has been issued to Toland & Mizell/AES of Atlanta, Georgia, under Task Order AG-3K15-D-10-0023 for additional architect-engineering services for the Recovery project Replace Critical Mechanical and Electrical Systems at the Southeast Poultry Research Lab, Building 35, in Athens, Georgia. This modification provides for an additional 7 weeks of construction management services, and an additional 7 site visits to the construction project. The modification award dollar amount is $12,312.00. This task order was awarded against an existing indefinite quantity contract for A-E Services. The contract was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architectural and Engineering (A-E) services. The selection of Toland & Mizell/AES was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, specialized technical knowledge, specialized knowledge of the location where the work will be performed, and an internal analysis of costs.
