Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Idaho City: Boise United States Government Seeks Offers for the Lease of Office Space within the City Limits of Boise, Idaho Delineated Area: City Limits of Boise Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,672 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,539 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): 7 for GOVs Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): None Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: None Additional Requirements: In compliance with EISA, the Building must have earned the Energy Star Label and offered space must be LEED certified. Ideal space would be contiguous and located on one floor. If space is offered on more than one floor, design must be practical with 6,934 contiguous on one floor and 1,738 on another. Space must not be located subterranean (basement). Smaller block of space 1,738 must not be located on ground level (first floor) or penthouse (top floor) of building. Space shall allow for slab to slab construction of demising walls and interior office walls. Government requires 7 secure parking spaces located within a parking lot for Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs). Tenant requires access to building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year. The proposed lease space shall be fully serviced. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Building name/address; • Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN). • Location of space in the building and date it will be available. • One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement. • Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission.
