- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid/proposal acceptance date for the Domestic Water Piping Project at JB/MDL 1. The required response date and time of the proposed bids/proposals has been changed from Friday 26 September at 10:00 am (EST). 2. The new bid/proposal acceptance date shall now read Friday 30 September 2011 at 12:00 (noon) EST. 3. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. 4.
