- The following vendor questions were received within the required specified date and time and are hereby transmitted to all prospective quoters. 1. Question: How are these services currently performed (in house, contractor)? 1A. Government Response: The services are currently being performed in house by government personnel. 2. Question: If these services are performed by a contractor, a. What is the Contractor Name? b. What is the Contract Number? c. When was the contract awarded? d. When does the contract expire? e. What are the contract Period of Performance terms? (i.e. base and 4 one-year options, etc.) f. What type of Contract was awarded (Firm Fixed Price, ID/IQ, etc.) g. How was the contract awarded (Full & Open, HubZone set-aside, Small Business Set-aside, Sole Source, etc.) h. What is the current contract value or ceiling2A. Government Response: Not applicable - Refer to question #1. 3. Question: Is there a value range for these services3A. Government Response: The vendor will provide a firm fixed price quote that reflects its' technical solution. The government estimate will not be provided. 4. Question: I am a small business, but not under the designated NAICs issued under this solicitation.4A. Government Response: Vendors submitting a quote in response to this solicitation must be certified as a small business under NAICs code 519130 to participate in this RFQ. This will be verified by the vendors ORCA Representations and certifications.
