- The U.S. Aberdeen Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement for a Subject Matter Expert support to the Executing Agent on the Multi-Spectral Test focus area Test Resource Management Center Test & Evaluation/Science & Technology Program. The offeror shall assist with the preparation of announcements, solicitations, reviews related to the Multi-Spectral Teat Area. Also, the offeror shall review evolving DoD acquisition policies and replace former DoD 5000 series of acquisition directives related to its impact on Office of the Secretary of Defense. The solicitation will be posted to the website on or about 08 Oct 2011. The resultant contract will be a Labor Hour contract. The period of performance shall be 36 months. The NAICS code applicable to this synopsis is 541690 with a size standard of $7.0MIL.This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. Any questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be in writing and will be answered during solicitation time.
