- Description
- The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Project Manager for Instrumentation, Targets and Threat Simulators (PM ITTS), Instrumentation Management Office (IMO) in partnership with White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), anticipates an effort which will result in the procurement of High Power Transmitter Systems for the Electromagnetic Radiation Effects (EMRE) test complex located within WSMR. The Government intends to award the contract during the 4th Quarter of FY 2012 for the T1 Transmitter Site referenced in the attachments. The Transmitter System requested is defined in the Draft Performance Specification, and Draft Statement of Work, which are included as attachments. At this time, the Government requests industry input, identification of any specification issues, recommendations, and any questions regarding the attached draft documentation. In addition, please include the following information in your response: 1)Warranty length, terms and conditions 2)The commerciality of your systems 3)Typical production and delivery timeframes for the transmitter systems; and 4) Large or small business status (If small, please indicate any applicable socio-economic status, such as Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), etc.) Contractors electing to respond should contact Mr. Iain Skeete, Contract Specialist, by electronic mail at Iain.Skeete@us.army.mil no later than 5:00PM EDT, October 21st, 2011. No specific format is required, however, please limit responses to 30 pages. This is not a request for proposal. No costs will be paid as a result of your submission.
