- The Pine Bluff Arsenal Contracting Office, Pine Bluff, AR has a requirement for the following item: 0001 - 100,000 each Foam Pouch, Polyethlene, Class 1, Grade A, Spec A-A-59135, Size 11" W X 14"L Outside Dimensions x " thick foam. To be heat sealed on three sides to make 11" opening on one end to form a pouch, total thickness of the pouch ". 0002 - 3 each, Pre-production sample; 0003 - 100% option to an additional 100,000 each, foam pouches; The pre-production sample and each lot shipped shall be accompanied by a material certificate of compliance. Solicitation W911RP-11-T-0100. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. FOB Destination; Acquisition is set aside for small businesses.
