- Limited Sources Justification In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), the government is awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement to Herman Miller, Inc. through the GSA Federal Supply Schedule 71 against Contract GS28F8049H. This BPA shall procure new or replacement furniture and design and installation services in existing spaces that already have existing systems furniture from Herman Miller. The furniture shall be primarily for the National Capital Region Area Offices in metropolitan Washington, D.C. for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), under the Department of Commerce. This does include file cabinets with locks in those existing spaces due to key management. This BPA will not incorporate stand-alone tables and chairs unless it is needed to maintain the operation or function of the space. This BPA is also not to be used for new office space. The new BPA will be for a period of five (5) years after award with a maximum capacity of $5,000,000.00. The Awardee Information: Herman Miller, Inc.
