- This requirement is an emergency non stock listed procurement PR(s): FB206512450660 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334413 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of: (a) Microcircuit (DRVR Ref. 1-Q) PN: 258773-1 Qty: 5 Justification for Sole Source Acquisition: This is a Hybrid Microcircuit which is a new surplus by this company for AN/APG-63 RADAR systems for the F-15 aircraft. These Hybrid Microcircuits are for the Microwave Processor which affects control number 09955A. After extensive research Triangle Electronics (CAGE 1GGK5) is the only known sole source of supply for this Hybrid Microcircuit. This is end item which no other sources of supply can be found to satisfy demand. This specific microcircuit must be purchased to maintain configuration control and tech data conformity. Any deviations would require very expensive re-engineering efforts. In an effort to remove or overcome such a barrier to competition in the future, the market will be scanned frequently for new companies that could satisfy the government's requirements. Where possible, the government will make future requirement descriptions suitable for full and open competition. Only quotes for new equipment will be considered. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.
