Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91WAW-11-T-0126 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Under this requirement, the Army Contracting Command-National Contract Region (ACC-NCR) intends to award a commercial, firm fixed price contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 333315 ACC-NCR intends to purchase 0001 Purchase of 1 each Copier-Scanner-Printer (replacement of Xerox 6115) for equivalent or better 0002 On call maintenance and supplies for 12 months with service within 4 hours of call; 0003 removal of current copier XEROX 6115 and rebate for copier 1each;0004 color cube or equivalent 2 each; 0005 maintenance and supplies for color cube or equivalent, and 0006 tape binder. These items will be used by the Army Force Management School (AFMS) for reproduction support for AFMS which services 3500 students annually. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation. Delivery and installation shall be NLT 30 Sep 11 Delivery, Inspection, Acceptance and FOB Point are Army Force Management School, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. Packaging shall be IAW standard commercial practices to ensure safe delivery to destination point. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and paragraph (a) is completed as follows: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Alt 1 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, Alternate I with their offer. Also in accordance with the clause, all prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration prior to award. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference. The following clauses cited within FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, apply: 52.232-33, 52.222-51,, 52.222-19.Other FAR/DFARS provisions/clauses are incorporated by reference and include DFARS 212.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and DFARS 212.212.7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes.
