- This is a notification of an award. The Government negotiated directly with the contractor, on a sole source basis, for the replacement of the CBP Enforcement Support Systems (ESS) Development Environment under authority of FAR 6.302-2. This hardware, software, and service procurement provides critical Agency functions to the day-to-day operation of the Offices of Border Patrol, Field Support, Air and Marine, and the Commissioners SIT Room. Due to the exisitng system failures, immediate replacement / upgrade is required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519.
