- Notice of Intent to award sole source contract: This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, West Haven, Connecticut (689/90C VAMC Connecticut) intends to negotiate and award a contract for installation, support, and maintenance for Avatar software. Proposed awardee: Netsmart Technologies, 3500 Sunrise HWY, Great River, NY 11739-1001. The equipment and deliverables are described as follows: 1 One-Time User Software Licenses (Avatar and Cache). 2 Annual Maintenance (Avatar and Cache) Avatar AM: Annual Support Fee & Maintenance Cache: Annual Support Fee. 3. Installation, Configuration & Training Onsite software installation & configuration: 1 day Onsite staff training. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice contains information current through FAC 2005-53. The NAICS is 541519. The FSC/PSC is 7045.
