- Solicitation Number: W91YTZ0010075583-0001 PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT Synopsis: Health Care Acquisition Activity - North intends to award a sole source contract Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), to Carefusion 211, Inc., 22745 Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda, CA 92887-4645, for the purchase of 1 each of the following items: VMAX ENCORE 22 Pulmonary function testing equipment package; Gas hose kit table VMAX 22; Assy console 110V VMAX M Basic; Kit arm console; Optiplex XE Win XP VMAX 115V Engl; 17" Monitor; AS500 SB; Officejet Printer; VMAX Spectra bronc chal opt crypkey; Kit calibration gas VMAX cart/cnsl; Pulmonary training; Encore VSA Comp; VMAX legacy obsolescence trade-in; Service manual. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
