- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)Solicitation number N00104-11-Q-QW66 is issued as a request for quotation. (iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. (iv)No set-aside. NAICS code: 541519; $25,000,000 (v)The attached sole source justification covers the negotiation and issuance of a sole source contract to IBM, 6710 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20817-1834. (vi)Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS): 0001, Task “ Alternate Data Center Continuity of Operations Program Support; 0002, Task 2 “ Support of NCIS Records Management Application across NIPRNet and SIPRNet. (vii)Period of Performance: Date of award through one year.
