- Modified to correct the NSN to read 4933-01- 515-9045 Purchase Request number IQC1142009056, NSN 4010-01-352-9900, 23N - OHIO CLASS SSBN (TRIDENT) AIRCRAFT. Solicitation SPM4A6-11-R1578; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION IAW FAR 12 COMMERCIAL ACQUISITIONS. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 69 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 69 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 276 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 276 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 552 each for the base and option years. This requirement is I/A/Wapproved source-CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,, CAGE 0W2A5, PART NUMBER APC-100PPM. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 53 days ARO. This acquisition does not consists of a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is October 13, 2011 & closing date of November 14, 2011.
