- Pre-Solicitation Notice Description The McClellan Park Network Contracting Activity (NCA) is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice to determine if there are any Small or Large Businesses that can provide Cable Television Services to the Northern California Health Care System (NCHCS) at the Mather VA Medical Center, located at 10565 Hospital Way, Sacramento and McClellan Outpatient Clinic (OPC), located at 5342 Dudley Blvd, Bldg 88 and Bldg 98, McClellan Park, California 95652. Preference will be given to Service Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), or any other Small Businesses. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision and maintenance as well as other items necessary to provide cable television service. The Contractor shall provide and agree to install in all facilities necessary to transmit the Services to a pre-determined and mutually agreed upon demarcation point (the "Demarcation Point"), including, but not limited to, distribution cables, amplifiers, pedestals, lock boxes, equipment and appurtenant devices (collectively by the contractor), excluding the owner wiring. The Contractor shall deliver Bulk Service to the Demarcation Point. The Contractor shall distribute the Bulk Service from the Demarcation Point to all outlet(s) in each of 52 guest rooms at Mather. The Contractor shall also provide cable TV services to Buildings # 88 and #98 at McClellan Park. The Bulk Service consists of the channel lineup in digital format identified in the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall agree to provide cable TV services 24 hours a day 365 days per year. The Period of Performance will be a Base plus 4 Option Years. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The NAICS is 517110 and the size standard is 1500 employees. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Leala.Jew@va.gov Interested firms fitting one or more of these Socio-economic categories should send their information by E-mail to Leala.Jew@va.gov no later than 4:00 PM Pacific Time Oct 3, 2011. Information should include the Name of the Company, POC name, phone numbers, email address, CCR/DUNS number, and indicate status i.e. SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, Hubzone and/or Small Disadvantage Business.
