- FAR 52.212-1 - INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS - ADDENDUM. Pursuant to the Provision at FAR 52.237-1, potential offerors are encouraged to request a site visit prior to preparation of quotes. Site visits can be arranged by contacting Mr Art Conkwright at 210-295-6539, arthur.c.conkwright.civ@mail.mil. Quote shall be submitted via email to Mr Art Conkwright, arthur.c.conkwright.civ@mail.mil no later than 27 September 2011 at 4:00 PM CDT. Quote shall include 1. Offeror Representation and Certifications pursuant to FAR 52.212-3 Alt 1; 4. Certification Regarding Responsibility Matters pursuant to the Provision at FAR 52.209-5.
