- Listing of NSNs only being synopsized This modification action is for the extension of the contract period from 30 September 2011 to 28 January 2012 for the Corporate Contract between DLA and Westside Tractor Sales for the items made by John Deere Corporation SPM7LX-10-D-9026 (formally SPM700-01-D-9701) that cross reference to an NSN and are contained on the John Deere Corporation construction commercial price list. This project was initiated to ensure continued coverage on the provided list of NSNs while awaiting the award of the John Deere Corporation price list successor contract initiative. The contract is a long-term contract, currently in its 9 th and final option year. All NSNs are available through the primary point of contact, Veronica Godbott at veronica.godbott@dla.mil. Items will be procured as "All or None" per NSN. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an agreement on Government procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not posses complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: John Deere Corporation (Cage 75755 or 75160 or 1J955). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. All terms and conditions as indicated in the contract remain for the previously specified extension period. NSNs to be covered under this project include: see the attached.
