Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104 has a requirement for the Contractor to provide a license to exhibit publicly certain motion pictures as entertainment for the veterans of the Medical Center. The license shall provide the VAMC with permission to exhibit motion pictures in patient rooms and public areas via closed circuit television equipment solely located within the confines of the VAMC, Memphis TN. This is notice of intent to sole source with Swank Motion Pictures, 10795 Watson Road, St. Louis, MO 63127. The Statutory Authority Permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition cited is: 6.302-1(b)(2) 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to the existence of limited rights in data, patent rights, copyrights, or secret processes.
