- DOL Wage Determination No. 2005-2055 (Rev 13, dtd 06/13/2011) Statement of Work (SOW) Experience Questionnaire - RETURN Representations and Certifications (RETURN) Schedule of Items (SOI) - RETURN This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is subject to FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation number for this procurement is AG-9AC7-S-12-0001 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only; oral offers will not be accepted. Potential bidders are to provide a quote for the services outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), which is included as an attachment to this Solicitation. Please submit pricing by means of the attached Schedule of Items (SOI). This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $16.5 mil. Only one contract will be awarded. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued. All firms or individuals responding must be currently registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423. DESCRIPTION: The Goosenest Ranger District of the Klamath National Forest is soliciting for quotes on the cleaning of the Goosenest Ranger District Office, Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California, in strict compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions contained herein. The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those listed under Government furnished), and incidentals necessary to complete the work as specified. See SOW attachment. ESTIMATED START WORK DATE: November 1, 2011 CONTRACT TIME: Base year: 11 months with One Option Year: 12 months. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A pre-bid tour will not be held. EVALUATION FACTORS. The Government will award the contract to that responsible vendor whose quotation, conforming to the combined synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: Price and Relevant Past Performance. The non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are approximately equal to price.
