This is a draft solicitation for the operations, sustainment, maintenance, hosting, transition and future potential development requirements for the Defense Civilian Personnel Management System (DCPDS). A pre-solicitation conference will be held on 17 OCT 2011, 10:00 a.m. EST. Location: Naval Support Activity (NSA) - Philadelphia Bldg 4 Auditorium 700 Robbins Ave Philadelphia, PA 19111-5092 In order to facilitate the conference all attendees are asked to submit any questions, in writing, regarding this procurement to the Contracting Officer referenced below, no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, 12 OCT 2011. These questions will be assembled and answered at the conference. In answering a question, no reference will be made to the person and/or firm that submitted the question. Those firms planning to send representatives to this conference must contact Andrea Nicolucci at (215) 737-2698 or via e-mail at andrea.nicolucci@dla.mil no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST), 13 OCT 2011.
