- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Railroad Crossing Road Block, Qty 1 Lot. This requirement is sole sourced to Ansaldo STS USA, Inc., 1000 Technology Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-3120 as the only vendor able to produce this part they are the only manufacturer of ruggedized railroad crossing systems that meets marine environment, RFI/EMI shielding, and remote-control requirements. Any firms believing that they can provide the specific materials listed above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
