- Description
- This procurement requires various indefinite quantities of Milk, Dairy, and Ice Cream Products for twenty-four months for military customers in Colorado and Wyoming area. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or after October 12, 2011. This solicitation will be issued under FAR 13-5 Test Program for Commercial Items. The resultant contract award will be for an indefinite delivery contract, with a guaranteed minimum of 25 % and maximum of 200% of the actual award value. Prices will be fixed with a monthly Economic Price Adjustment for fluid milk items and all other prices will be firm fixed. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support Philadelphia. Once issued, copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS in order to download solicitations. The website can be found at https:www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/solicitations/.
