- Wage Determination Performance Work Statement SOLICITATION 4QBQ21125817 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. 4QBQ21125817 This requirement will be solicited under other than full and open competition to SPEVCO Inc, Cage 3EVD5, IAW FAR 6.302-1(c) (1), only one responsible source. SPEVCO is the equipment manufacturer and possesses the unique skills and knowledge to provide maintenance and support of this effort. REQUIREMENTS: Provide transportation, maintenance, and set up/teardown of the Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire-guided (TOW) Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS) Collective Skills Trainer (CST) as required.
