- U.S. GOVERNMENT Project #0WA2039 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Silverdale Delineated Area: Congressional District 1 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 41,235 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 47,440 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 184 Parking Spaces (Surface): 184 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Building must meet Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (ATFP) standards that require a 148 foot set-back or Government occupancy of 25% or less. The office requirement must be met on no more that 3 floors and a loading dock is preferred. GSA will relocate the tenant agency from existing offices if it is economically advantageous for the Government to do so. In making such a determination, GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move (including telecommunications and computer cabling costs); tenant improvement costs (whether included in the rent or compensated separately from the rent); and anticipated rent for the space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
