- The St Louis Job Corps Center is accepting proposals for Physician Services to serve six hundred and four (604) students at 4333 Goodfellow Blvd., St. Louis, Missouri. The Physician will develop, implement, and monitor the total center health and wellness program, helping students to become and stay employed, and ensuring the maintenance, confidentiality, and safeguarding of all health records. Physician will stay current on Job Corps policies and procedures via frequent communication with the Center's health and wellness manager and reviews of the Job Corps health and wellness. Physician will provide a cursory medical inspection of each student within the first forty eight (48) hours after their arrival on Center and maintain a definitive medical examination/health history of each student within fourteen (14) days of student's arrival on Center. Make necessary referrals for specialist and institutional care and assist in reviewing follow-up information from such off Center referrals. Physician will advise the Center Director and health services staff on all medical and health matters. The Physician will work 24 hours per week, effective December 1, 2011 through September 30, 2013. A scope of work can be obtained upon request.
