- This procurement is being solicited for award by SAIC-F under its contract #HHSN261200800001E for Operations and Technical support at the National Cancer Institute-Frederick, a federally funded research and development center. SAIC-F is the prime contractor charged with operations and technical support of the government owned contractor operated (GOCO) facility. Please provide a quotation for the following: 1) 1 each catalog #LV1, Low volume microfluidizer processor with high pressure capability 2) 1 each catalog #99.0450, Start up and operator training one day (8 hours) start-up and training by factory authorized personnel in No. America. 3) 1 each catalog #801.00431, LV1 Product cooling coil and Tray - 1ft. 4) 1 each catalog # 801.00117, LV1 cooling coil - 10ft. 5) 1 each catalog # 801.00119, LV1 cooling coil, 3 ft. Specifications: 1) Must be capable of handling sample volumes of 1-6ml. 2) Must be capable of achieving a pressure of 2000 bar or 30,000 psi. 3) Manufacturer must have proven experience producing nanoliposomes with a narrow size distribution via fluid processors capable of high sheer rates. 4) The catalog number listed are Microfluidics Corporation 5) Offeror are requested to quote on the items as specified or an equivalent. For an equivalent, complete specifications and/or descriptive literature will be provided with the response. Offerors are requested to indicate any differences from the specifications listed. Failure to provide complete information may cause offer to be non-responsive. 6) Offerors offering alternate items may be required to provide a demonstration of their items prior to acceptance 7) Warranty shall commence upon date of installation, integration, validation and/or final acceptance. Warranty period shall be _________ months, including parts, labor and travel. 8) SAIC-Frederick, Inc. is eligible for Federal Supply Schedule pricing. 9) All offers must be F.O.B destination. 10) Any shipping charges must be identified and listed on the response for evaluation. 11) Partial offers will not be accepted. 12) Offeror agrees to make delivery of the quoted items in _________ days after receipt of order. 13) Travel Expenses: The contractor may be reimbursed for per diem based on the maximum per diem rates issued in the FTR. Receipts for expenses must be submitted with the invoice document.
